Refund Policy

At Wolfsburg Motors, we are committed to providing quality automotive services and parts. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Parts Sales

Returns or refunds may only be accepted for eligible parts within 14 days of purchase and subject to inspection.

To qualify for a return:

The part must be in its original condition
Proof of purchase must be provided
2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

Electrical and electronic parts
Special order/imported parts
Consumables and fluids
3. Incorrect or Defective Parts

If a part supplied by Wolfsburg Motors is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we may offer:

Replacement of the part
Store credit
Refund at management discretion
4. Service & Labour Charges

Labour and diagnostic charges are non-refundable once work has been completed.

Diagnostic charges cover technician time, inspection procedures, and the use of specialized equipment regardless of whether repairs are approved or completed.

5. Deposits

Deposits paid for special-order parts or booked work may be non-refundable once parts have been sourced or work has commenced.

6. Warranty Claims

Where applicable, warranty claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Warranty does not cover:

Improper installation by third parties
Misuse or neglect
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by unrelated vehicle faults
7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment method used.
